Iams sent me a five pound bag of Iams Indoor Weight and Hairball Care for Adult cats age 1 to 6 to try out with my cats. As soon as I pulled the bag out of the box they were curious. They knew there was food and it was new. They love food, but they are picky. I wasn't sure if they were going to like it or not.
When I poured the food in the bowl the cats immediately started eating. I have one cat at 5 years old, the other at 10. Both of them loved the food. Even over time I noticed they still

like it and clean their bowls most of the time. What I also noticed is the cats appear to be fuller than they used to be. Both of our cats "talk" a lot, but our youngest one would become extra talkative and attention hounding when their food bowl was low. We're not seeing that anymore with her. She has stopped asking for food and just waits for it while still being just as friendly and cuddly as she was before.
Our older cat, who is out of the suggested age range for this food appears to be less grumpy. His behaviors previously included sleeping all day (as many cats do) and getting mad at the German Shepherd who constantly tried to herd him when he was out and about in the house. While I can tell he's still annoyed with the dog, he's a lot more tolerable and will actually start playing with his old favorite toys I'd thought he'd forgotten. The only change we've made is the food, so I'm thinking it's making him feel better and possibly giving him more energy.
I'm going to assume, based on the above details that the cats really like the Iams Indoor Weight and Hairball Care. Because of this I'm happy with Iams. One thing that is important to me is that the cats are happy with their food because it means they'll eat well. I'm also happy with the ingredients in Iams being filled with both meat and vegetable products. We can't afford the Veterinarian pet food at our Vet, however our Vet told us Iams was a great choice, so along with our own vet's approval we can agree with the Veterinarian Recommended seal I see on the bag.
Overall, I recommend Iams Indoor Weight and Hairball Care. It worked great for us, I hope it works great for you.
I can't believe it our cat, Miss Kitty who is 21 human years old actually likes Iams Dry Cat Food. It gives her everything that she needs for an aged cat. Usually after 2 or 3 days she won't eat it any more so we end up buying her different cat food.. With Iams she hasn't tired of the flavor and she is starting to look a little better. It is hard to find food for aged cats. Aged cats has special needs, which are different from younger cats. Iams provides for these special cats that live a long

long life. Thank you Iams for this wonderful cat food for aged cats..Miss Kitty thanks you also. :)
I have two cats, siblings. My female, Mittens, is long-haired and her brother is shorter haired. Her hair can get matted easily, so I brush her often. They both seem to enjoy this cat food. It does control the hairball issue better than the non-hairball Iams cat food.
My cats throws-up most dry food. They love this food and keep it down.
Please continue to provide this dry food.
I was sent a sample of IAMS cat food for my cat courtesy of IAMS. But unfortunately my pet cat had passed. I'm still mourning the loss of my cat, but I still have a cat that visits our house. He was a stray cat and friend of my cat that came to visit her from time to time. I call him Key. Because Key is a stray cat, you could probably say that he belongs to anyone who feeds him. When I got the can, I also had a few of my other brand of cat food left. I decided to feed Key the remaining cans of

my cats food then after the last can, I would introduce the IAMS cat food. I noticed Key wasn't eating my usual brand of cat food, so I decided to go ahead and let him try the IAMS. He loved it. One day I forgot to give him another can of IAMS and by accident gave him the other brand, he refused to eat it. So I had to give him a can of IAMS. He might live on the streets, but Key can tell the difference between a tasty cat food and those that do not taste great. If Key could speak, he'd specifically ask for IAMS cat food. The IAMS brand cat food looks a lot more meaty than the other brand I had. It also has the nutrients a cat needs. I guess Key could taste the difference. Key prefers IAMS! Thank you IAMS! And Key thanks you too!
I have two adult male cats, with one that thinks he's a dog and the other as a posh gentleman. Well our dog-like cat never has a problem eating wet food or any kind of food to be honest, the second he tried the Iams wet food that they sent to us he inhaled it and was meowing for more. Meanwhile, our sophisticated cat is a little more picky. He's on special diet food and hairball control, and usually sensitive to other kinds of food. I still tried to give him some and to my surprise he ate it and

didn't nibble on it! He enjoyed it just as much as my other cat. Afterwards he found his perch on the couch and took a nap with this satisfied content look. For the first time he actually ate it! Now for the sensitivity, well that unfortunately didn't change but he was still happy. Both cats definitely had full bellies after eating the food! Thanks Iams!
This is absolutely my two cats' favorite wet food, hands down. And trust me, I have tried many different ones.
Both of my kitties love the Iams purrfect delights, "packed with Sardines Dinner". I normally buy it by the box, 24 cans, at our local Meijer's supermarket.
The shelf is empty, manager doesn't know when they can get more.
What happened to the Sardine Dinner?
I have two cats, one male and one female, who are now ages 13 & 14, but you'd never know it because they are so healthy. They look 1/2 their age.
From 2005-2012, I fed them Purina's Indoor Formula because both of them like to eat too much. They are mostly outdoor cats in a quiet, safe neighborhood but have access to the garage where all their stuff is staged: beds, blankets, toys, cat tree, cubes, boxes, food, and water. When the weather is bad or below 40 deg F, they come inside. They are also

constant companions after hours. They groom, cuddle, and sleep together at night. I think this explains in large part why they look so much younger than they are. THEY'RE HAPPY CATS!
By 2012, however, I noticed that they were becoming older after I saw some of their old snapshots. They're faces had gotten skinny. I felt guilty for having fed them Purina Indoor Formula for years. So, I did some research and gave IAMS Senior Plus 11+ cat food a try. I slowly transitioned them from indoor to senior plus and they never once got sick. They also seem to enjoy this food and haven't lost any weight, which is a good thing in this situation.
They've been eating it for almost a year and the other day (Aug 2013) I noticed them playing outside. The oldest was playing attack cat. It had been a long while since I caught them playing like that. So, I'm not sure if it was coincidence or if the food really lives up to its claims. But, I'm not changing their food despite the expense. If I could afford it, I'd probably feed them the premium/advanced version of IAMS Senior Plus 11+ cat food, but I can't afford it.
I do recommend this product.
Switched to this from a diet cat food when I realized how old my cat was getting. The cat likes this much better. And, not to be too gross, his stool is healthier looking (it looked dry with the diet food.)
I bought this for my two cats several months ago, and I can't imagine feeding them anything else! The transition to this food was not hard--they instantly loved it. They don't feel the need to eat nearly as much as they did before, and when they go to the bathroom, it doesn't stink!! I convinced my mom to switch over as well (I gave her a sample to try for her cats, and now they demand it) Highly recommend it. :)
I bought this because my cat was throwing up often after eating. He loved it right off, didn't throw up once while eating this formula. Ran out, I had some of another Iams food, first he just turned up his nose. I didn't have time to get a new bag for two days, ( I have only found this in one store), second day he threw up twice, went out in the middle of the night to get him a new bag. He was so happy he ate the whole bowl down- no problem. Hasn't thrown up since. Love this food. Wish I could
