I have an english mastiff with a thyroid problem. Actually, his thyroid doesn't work hardly at all. He was 5 years old when it stopped working and he went from a healthy active 190 lbs to 216 lbs and rising with no energy at all.Worried about his joints and health I took him to the vet and we started him on medicine. But the weight wouldnt come off. I talked to my vet and he recomended Iams weight control. To say the least Ozzy is back down to his 190 lbs and runs around like a puppy again. He's

been on it for over a year now and his weight is the same give or take a couple lbs. I love this food for him and he likes it too! I recommend it to all my fellow pet owners for any type of breed cat or dog. So far they all agree...It's the GOOD stuff!
I was using a Lite dogfood, and my 3 dogs were out of shape, much too heavy, even with a dry lite dog food. I switched to Iams weight control large breed dry food and the weight came off. It was like night and day, as they look and act like new dogs. Their vet is very pleased with everything with them now. Live and learn, because "lite" isn't always best.
Bough for my puppy maltese although i liked this food i am still not fully convinced and still shopping around for puppy food
I used a $5 coupon I received from PINCHme to purchase this dog food for my 10lbs small breed puppy. My picky puppy wouldn't eat it, but my 50lb lab gobbled it up. The puppy eventually did eat a few pieces (probably because my lab was eating it), but preferred his other puppy food over this.
Aside from that, what I liked about this food is that it has quality ingredients and seems to be a good quality food without the super premium price that most good pet foods come with. I would recommend this

food if you don't have a picky eater like my puppy. We will be trying a different variety of Iams for our puppy to try next.
When you're trying to find a healthy dog food you're often left with a great healthy product, but not so great towards your dogs taste buds!
Not only are a dog food's health benefits important but also it's important that your dogs actually eat the food!
Iams dog food covers both of those bases. My dogs absolutely love this food and I love the nutritional benefits and ingredients.
Does this food provide any vitamins that are going to benefit my dog's bone health, skin and vision? So far, so

good. The label includes quite a few omega vitamins and other great vitamins for a senior dog.
After a recent diabetes diagnosis in my eldest dog (11yrs) A good diet has become a great importance to my dog and hopefully will prevent my younger dog from developing any serious illnesses.
when i received this product (Iams proactive health for senior plus for dogs) i had been wanting to try it but wasn't sure how my dog (my baby) would like it. he's just so picky at what he eats it hard to find a dog food that is healthy and good for him that he will eat. so i am glad he got to try Iams proactive health dog food, well the kit came with a 5lb bag of food, a measuring cup and a neat key chain that was the shape of a doggy bowl, it was really neat. i waited til the next day to let

him try it as soon as i put it in his bowl he eat it i was happy to know he liked and again its healthy for him, the bag said that it's great for strong immune system, healthy bones and joints, healthy metabolism, and healthy teeth. The first ingredient is chicken. plus it helps fight signs of aging. i think this is a good dog food that will help my dog stay healthy and strong for many more years i am hoping he is already 16 years old and he's still healthy and walks and plays but he has gone deaf in both ears now. so i hope and think this dog food will help him fight off anything else. he likes the Iams proactive health for senior dogs so i like the iams for senior dogs. i recommend you go out and try this great dog food. if you love your baby like i do this is what your baby should be eating. so RUN and TRY this NOW! you will not regret it!
We bought this senior dog food for our 10 year old pit bull mix. He's been known to go on hunger strikes if he doesn't like his food but this was not that food! In fact we found him drooling by his bowl wanting more even after he was finished eating.
My daddy has always feed me Iams. We were on the green bag, but now we get a purple bag. They have both been awesome!
I recently had my 6 month checkup, and it was with a new lady in a white coat. The other lady in the white coat that saw me for the past 10 years retired. :(
This new lady said I looked like I was 2 or 3! She really knows how to flatter a girl!
While mostly, it is my daddy's good care, I think eating Iams all my life has helped too!
I'm skeptical of changing my dogs food because of his sensitive stomach...but I hear great things about the Iams product and wanted to give it a try for our Americam Bulldog, Skylar. I first started by adding small amounts of the Iams food to his regular food. He seemed to take the new food well. Normally it would upset his belly to the point of puking. By day 4 I was giving him all Iams. He loved it. NO upset belly at all. We rescued our dog at the beginning of this year. He was abandoned in a

home that his humans were evicted from. He was thin, dehydrated and scared. Our local humane league nursed him back to health and now he is a very important part of our family. We want only the best for him and in our opinion, Iams food is the absolute best. Our Skylar is happy, healthy and has a beautiful shiney coat. I would recommend Iams to any and everyone. We will only buy and feed our dog Iams food.
My weimaraner is approaching 15 years old. She is very picky about what food she eats. I was very happy to see she loved her IAMS food. Its nice to see dog food especially made for bigger mature dogs. You can feel good you are feeding your dog good awesome food.
My dogs love this product but I am not able to find it any more. What's going on? Petco, PetSmart, and Walmart are out. Makes me feel like you don't want me as a customer.
I love Iam's puppy biscuits for my Papillons but I can't find them in any stores. Why is that? I would hate to have to ordered them on line.
