You should divide the total recommended feeding amount by the number of times you feed your dog per day to get the actual portion size per feeding.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from More Energy and Playful Our 7-1/2 year old Australian Red Heeler has been on Iams since we rescued her at age 1-1/2. We changed to the Mature formula about four months ago and the first thing we noticed was Maggie is initiating playtime with toys again, something she'd stopped doing about a year ago. She seems to by "younger" in her energy levels.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from SO SO I bought this for my dogs, but they were not overly excited about it.. They ate it , but did not particularly care for it any more than the less expensive foods.. Iams is very expensive to buy - even with a coupon'

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great food, tough bag. I switched my finicky senior dog to Iams a year ago, he loves it. Then when I got my kitten, I started her on it and she loves it. It's a pricy food for me, but I want the best I can afford. But, I find the bags difficult to open, I have issues with my hands. I would love to see a pull string or tab. THAT is the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars. I would love to get some coupons to help alleviate my tight budget.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good formula for my dog My dog enjoyed this food and he ate it pretty quickly. I like that it is formulated for his age and size. I have, however, seen him eat other foods with more interest. I would use it again if I had a discount.
