I had him on the Kirkland brand but after lots of poops (13 a day) we switched to this one and has had a normal amount of bowels. Sorry for the TMI! Haha
I recently got a 4 weeks old puppy, turning 5 this week. He's a Alaskan Husky/Yellow Lab mixed very adorable breed. He's supposed to be with mama dog until 6 weeks, but I was so impatient and just so excited about getting him that the owner allowed me to take him home a day after 4 weeks he suggested me to feed him soft wet food until he turns 6 weeks. So I went to buy him the high quality brand name soft wet food he ate the food but had a little problem eating the whole thing, plus everytime he

potty its always watery or mushy. So I wanted to do it my own way by start feeding him puppy dry food, so after 2 days of feeding him soft wet food I wasn't happy, I decided to go buy IAMS Puppy food (Large Breed) to feed him, at first I was worried that he can't eat dry food yet and was worried that his poo will be the same. But I still gave it a try, after a day of eating IAMS puppy food there was a different his poo was solid I mean solid. So that means this puppy food went through his body and digest real well. I'm surprised he ate it, he ate the whole bow. And now that I him for 4 days, everytime he hears me open the bag he wag his tail and run to me in a very exciting mood. For those, who complain about how bad this food is then I disagree with you. And in my belief, I think its not so much about the more it cost the better its about how your puppy/dog accept it and how his or her body works. Every puppy/dog is different. I can easily go buy Blue Rhino brand which is pricey but if it has the same effect then why not go with IAMS which cost half the price. I don't care how much money you have or make, its about keeping your pets healty & strong and shopping smart. If your pets is liking the food then you know the food isn't that bad. Last but not least, IAMS is giving me and my little boy a good vibe for a start! I'll stick with IAMS for good. :)
Dog'sitting head did not leave the bowl he was generally excited
I was told I was "overweight" - I beg to differ. Anyway, after a couple fails with some other dry foods, mom and dad finally found a yummy food that is, well, yummy! IAMS is awesome and do recommend for all you other "overweight" girls out there! I'll let mom finish the rest of this...take care, y'all!
The pieces of food actually look edible and not something that fell off the back of a garbage truck! Roscoe loved it the minute he tasted it! Never have seen him eat so fast! It did give him a upset tummy for the first day, but after adjusting to the new food we haven't had any issues what so ever! My new love!
My little Bichon mix has skin problems at times. This dog food seems to fit the bill for skin issues. She gobbled it up and wanted more.
I've used these puppy biscuits for probably 20 years. They are the perfect treat for dogs of all ages. The dogs love them, and I like them because they are small and softer than the traditional hard biscuit - great for the senior crowd as well as the pups. I haven't met a dog or puppy that has not liked them. Don't stop making them.
I love Iam's puppy biscuits for my Papillons but I can't find them in any stores. Why is that? I would hate to have to ordered them on line.
Happy I tried it......dog really liked taste and gobbled it up
I bought my bag of iam small breed puppy with the 5.00 off coupon. My fur baby loves the flavor, and I love the all meat and real ingredients in every bag! We will be buying more!
The consistency of the dog food and smell was pleasing to my dog. He ate it all. IAMs doesn't skimp on the filling of the can like other companies.
My dog has been on this dog food since 2007. He almost died with digestive issues and the vet put him on this. His health improved immediately and new hair grew in. Now he is 13 yrs old and has ate this and nothing else. Thank you Iams for my dog.....Always have this for my dog as well as others, it's a life saver.
