Rated 1 out of 5 by from Please bring back this product! I am so saddened by the discontinuing of this product. My 14-year-old poodle terrier mix has been on Iams Skin & Coat Veterinary Formula for at least seven years. Before that he had constant ear infections and skin irritation. When my Vet convinced me that it was a chicken and poultry allergy, this was the only food he would eat, having been on Iams products his entire life. This formula worked! Since changing food he has not had one rash or ear infection, and he's quite healthy at 14 years of age. Please bring back this formula, It's worth the extra cost. Discontinuing his food will be the death of my dog.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sad this is Discontinued! Saved my Little Yorkie! My little Yorkies has been on this food for over 8 years. This is the only thing he can keep down. Other foods he can not digest. He never gets treats or anything else to eat so switching his food is heart breaking! I am so nervous to do this but unfortunately have no choice. Thanks for all the good years. I hope we can find something else that will work and keep him healthy and out of the emergency vet!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sad this will no longer be made I heard that IAMS sold off their veterinary formulas to Royal Cannin. I am very sad to hear this, since Royal Cannin does not carry anything compatible. This food has done an amazing job of helping to alleviate the itch and sores are dog would get due to his allergy to chicken, duck, turkey and corn. Any recommendations on other options to try?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Please continue to make the KO We started feeding our English Lab this food about a year ago because all other food seemed to give her rashes. She loves this food and we have not experienced anymore problems with her. Now I found out you will no longer be making this food and I am very upset about this. Please reconsider and continue to ,ale this food. I know a lot of people that love this product for there dogs now. Praying for a miracle.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from BEING DISCONTINUED?? I have been searching for the perfect formula for my Dalmatian Lab who has had ear & skin problems for more than 10 years off and on. One thing that was most constant was the ear infections. I've tried it all....meds, raw feeding, allergy testing and process of elimination of proteins and additives. After much much research, I tried this your kangaroo and oat diet & it is a miracle! I just started this food and have been feeding her about 3 months now.....after 2 weeks her ears were clearing. Her coat and skin is so much better. I am so sad, as this whole process is stressful for my dog. She has been so much happier and at peace.....now I will have to search again! I am disheartened.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bummed to hear production has stopped Finally found a food that works for my dogs allergies and I have been told you will no longer make it :( I was advised to switch to Royal Canin KO per your company but am unable to locate a KO. Please change your mind and continue making this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from We are devastated! We were just notified that you will cease production of your wonderful KO Response Veterinary Formula dog food as of the beginning of January! Both our Maltese dogs have been eating it for years and it has kept them healthy and happy. They both have allergies to wheat, gluten, grains and one of them can't eat eggs or most meat proteins (except kangaroo!). We will check with our vet, but don't know what other product will meet these criteria except for our FP (fish) Response formula. We are concerned that an all fish formula will make them smell (especially their breath) very fishy! Do you have any feedback on that issue? Why are you not carrying the KO Response any longer?
