This was our first time using the Iams dog food brand. We were really impressed with the way the dog food looked and smelled. It didn't have weird colors to it nor did it stink like other brands. Our dog is very picky and when we sat this down in front of her to eat she started chowing down right away.
I've used this dog food since my dog became of age to eat regular dog food. He loves it and we trust the Iams name!
I purchased Iams Proactive Health Mature Adult Small & Toy Breed dry dog food. My dog loves it and I feel so good feeding him a pet food that is good for his health. It's made with chicken, which my little doxie prefers. I used a coupon and bought a big bag. Now we're set for awhile and I know I'm feeding my dog the best and helping his overall health, including his teeth.
I raised my dog on Iams for over 17 years. Unfortunately my fur baby passed away quietly in her sleep recently- she had no prior health issues (except normal ones for her age like slight cataracts- she could still see- & becoming a bit hard of hearing) but I believe she lived a long healthy life due to only being given Iams throughout her long life. I passed along my $5 coupon to a friend who just got a new puppy & she was very happy to try Iams knowing how well my dog loved it & flourished

eating Iams. She says her puppy loves the Iams puppy dog food & she's looking forward to her puppy growing up & old on it.
I was given a sample of this through PinchMe in order to provide an unbiased review. Upon feeding it to my dog, I noticed that he seemed to really like the taste of this dog food. This is a really good sign because my dog is extremely picky, especially with dry dog food. However, my dog has a sensitive stomach, so unfortunately, this is something that I could not give him on a daily basis. I would recommend it to other dogs that do not have stomach issues.
I bought this about 3 weeks ago. I have one puppy who has never eaten dog food. Every now and then he will walk over to the dish because the others do and turn up his nose. I put this out and he went to smell it, he ACTUALLY ate it! He still eats with me but I see him at the dog bowl a lot more often now.
I've used these puppy biscuits for probably 20 years. They are the perfect treat for dogs of all ages. The dogs love them, and I like them because they are small and softer than the traditional hard biscuit - great for the senior crowd as well as the pups. I haven't met a dog or puppy that has not liked them. Don't stop making them.
Good nutrition, crunchy, and my dog still loves it after six months. Has always digested it well. Honest label: they say four a day though we both cheat on this. Not a training tool like, say, shaved turkey but works as a reward nonetheless. If I'm going to give him something between meals it is going to be this.
We bought this senior dog food for our 10 year old pit bull mix. He's been known to go on hunger strikes if he doesn't like his food but this was not that food! In fact we found him drooling by his bowl wanting more even after he was finished eating.
I switched my finicky senior dog to Iams a year ago, he loves it. Then when I got my kitten, I started her on it and she loves it. It's a pricy food for me, but I want the best I can afford. But, I find the bags difficult to open, I have issues with my hands. I would love to see a pull string or tab. THAT is the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars. I would love to get some coupons to help alleviate my tight budget.
My 15 year old dog has made the transition to the Iams Proactive Health Senior Plus dog food I received from Bzzagent. She really seems to love this dog food! She has very delicate teeth and the pieces are small enough for her to be able to easy chew them with no problem. She seems to really like the flavor because she eats it very quickly each time I put the food in her bowl. My dog tends to have a delicate stomach and I have had issues in the past with certain types of dog food causing her

issues. So far, so good. No issues. I used Iams brand food for her for many years but once she was not able to chew the regular food, I had to switch her to another brand because Iams did not have a good option for seniors. It looks like we may be back to using Iams!
I received the Iams dog food for my mature/senior dog. I was really excited and opened the bag to smell the food, see the texture and let my dog try some. I immediately smelled the dog food once I opened the bag. I did not like the smell at all, it smelt like wet fish! Not a very strong fish like odor, more of an undertone of fish. It wasn't really strong or anything, smelt mostly of dog food but had an unpleasant smell of wet fish. That sounds weird I realize but it's the only way to describe

it. My dog however loved the taste! We had to mix the new food with his old food so he didn't get any stomach upset from the change in food. He seemed to love it! The texture of the pieces were crunchy - which keeps their teeth free of tartar - but small pieces which I appreciated. They seemed like if you had a very elderly dog it would help to have the pieces of food smaller. MY dog seemed to have more energy also and his coat looked shinny by the end of the bag. All in all we loved the food!We might buy again once I look further into the nutritional description vs our food now and the cost difference.
